At the first open house, she had multiple people interested with cash in hand. Furthermore, she goes out of her way to handle so many of the pesky details that you, the owner, usually need to take care of. She met contractors at the house, directed their work, made sure work was done well and paid them. I really could not have imagined that a real estate professional would go out of her way to handle so many details that I was not looking forward to having to do myself. She also has access to multiple resources to get things done such as cleaning, repairs, painting, etc. Jennie is a consummate professional. She is thorough, detail-oriented, and does everything quickly and perfectly. She knows the area and is well-informed about the current inventory, values, and trends. This was great because one week later we collected 7 offers. We went over all offers, countered a total of 3 offers, and ended up having a bidding war. We ended up closing over the price we thought we were going to get. Once I was into escrow we started our search for our new home. Which went very smoothly. We ended up closing right on time.
